At front range woodworks, we take pride in the craftsmanship and uniqueness of every epoxy table we create. Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of each of our tables, we have specific return policies in place to ensure fairness and transparency.
Custom & Made-to-Order Tables
All custom or made-to-order epoxy tables are final sale and non-refundable once production has begun. We work closely with you during the design phase to ensure you're satisfied with the final product before manufacturing starts.
If you wish to cancel your custom order before production begins, you may do so for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer eligible for a refund.
Ready-Made Tables
For non-custom, ready-made tables, we accept returns under the following conditions:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in unused, undamaged condition in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your table arrives damaged or defective:

Include clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.
We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund your item as appropriate.
We strongly recommend inspecting your shipment immediately upon delivery.
International Orders
Please note that:
Customers are responsible for all international shipping charges, including return shipping, customs duties, and import taxes.
Refunds will not be issued for refused international shipments.
